Island maintenance from the Ranger.

13/07/24

Another week another volunteer session.

We have topped the orchard again, coming across several frogs in our ever fight against the messy grass.

I also had a tag along this week as my nephew is going away with his school and his sister is ill.

We cleared the last of the composted leaf litter on the courts. This has been neglected and has built up over the years. This has been a large undertaking to get cleaned up. Hopefully, we can keep on top of it now.

Yes, there’s still leaves and other organic detritus on the courts at the moment. But this will get tidied up eventually.

There’s some projects I would like to start but we don’t have the volunteers to do so. If you want to do some gardening or beekeeping or anything else pleas fill in the form below and we will be in touch.
