I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to update this blog. I’ve also had a bit of writer’s block so I’m going to skip the past few months to try to restart.
So today I’ve been around the flower barrels around Railway Street with a volunteer that came over from Yorkshire. We “levelled” the barrels and removed the spent compost.
Whilst moving the barrels we came across some wildlife. Quite a few barrels had something living in them or under.
We will be back on Friday with the help from the garden centre. We have ordered compost/soil and it sounds like they have some flowers for us as well.
